Undertale on Nintendo Switch was announced during the March 8 Nintendo Direct; however, all we got was a trailer with no whiff of release date information. Thanks to an update on the Japanese. For the first time ever you can play UNDERTALE on Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation® 4 and PlayStation® Vita! Physical copies for Switch, PS4, PS Vita and PC are available now, along with a special collector's edition, exclusively on Fangamer. The Collector's edition includes: The complete UNDERTALE soundtrack: Over 100 songs on 2 CDs. The quirky game and its land of monsters will finally be available for Nintendo Switch owners looking to play the game on the go. While a specific release date has not been given. This page explains all of the differences in Undertale's Switch version. Undertale came to Nintendo Switch in 2018, and includes most of the physical and digital New Content in PS4 as well as some.
To celebrate the 5th anniversary of the popular indie game Undertale, Toby Fox had announced last week that his partnership with Fangamer, 8-4, and MUSIC Engine would feature a live-streamed concert of the original Undertale Directv media player. soundtrack. The concert was available to watch on the official Youtube channel and Twitter account (and still is for those that missed the opportunity).

The concert, which is a pre-recording of an orchestral concert done by MUSIC Engine in Tokyo last year, brought all fans of the title together for three and a half hours to listen to their favorite songs years after their original release. All of the songs (from all of the possible Undertale routes) were included in the musical performance in the order they appear in the game and on other music streaming sites (with the exception of fan-favorite song Megalovania saved for the very last performance).
me: I have to make a song for my game I will make it in 20 minutes using free samples I downloaded online
orchestra: (arranges and does an amazing performance of it in front of 50000 people)
me: cool

Even with it being organized by Fangamer and 8-4, the end of the concert featured some (pre-recorded) original piano music done by Toby Fox himself. As he admitted to composing the music for this very event, he also told fans that the music composed of various arrangements from Deltarune, along with other songs from the original game soundtrack.
Thanks for listening to my messy piano playing at the end too. The first piece was an arrangement of a song from DELTARUNE, the last two were UNDERTALE songs with improvisations. The middle one especially (Snowdin arrangement) I just randomly made up for the concert

Along with this announcement, Toby Fox also tweeted that he would be designing and selling new Undertale themed merchandise. Although these highly anticipated designs do not have an official release date from him or the official Undertale website, they are available for pre-order as of now. He also mentioned that pre-existing Undertale merchandise would also be restocking soon as well (even though there is not a set date for that), with the proceeds going towards COVID-19 centered charities and relief funds.
Second, smaller announcement.
I designed a shirt! Only the back is shown here, but the not-yet-revealed front was drawn by me! The proceeds will go to charity, so please feel confident buying my weird drawings.
This, and more, will be shown on https://t.co/CiqBCnPvlA on 9/15! pic.twitter.com/tCHCCmsPZ1

Since it's release in 2015 Undertale has been a hit with fans, critics, and streamers alike who fell in love with the intricate (multiple) storylines, unforgettable characters, and catchy soundtrack. Currently, Undertale is available to play on PC, Nintendo Switch, and PS4, with its still in progress sequel Deltarune being available for the same platforms. However, as Deltarune is being released by chapters instead of all at once, only the first episode is available to play (even though Fox keeps fans updated on the progress for episode two on the official website).
Back in March, we reported the news that the beloved indie adventure Undertale would be making its way to Nintendo Switch. But fans have been wondering when a release date was announced for it, mainly because they can't wait to play it on that particular platform. The good news is that we finally have one. Well, sort of.
A recent listing over on Amazon Japan suggests that the Switch port will arrive on September 15 in physical form. Now, keep in mind that it's just the date for Japan at the moment and it's not yet been confirmed by the game's publisher, Tobyfox. But it sounds about right, as it's poised to take the market by storm in time for the forthcoming fall/winter gaming season. We can only hope that we get the physical version on these shores as well, mainly for collector's purposes.
The game has been highly anticipated by fans (particularly our own Liana 'LiLi' Ruppert, who can't wait to get her hands on it), but for those that don't quite 'get' what Undertale is about, check out the feature breakdown below:
Welcome to UNDERTALE. In this RPG, you control a human who falls underground into the world of monsters. Now you must find your way out… or stay trapped forever.

0Undertail For The Switch
comments- Killing is unnecessary: negotiate out of danger using the unique battle system.
- Time your attacks for extra damage, then dodge enemy attacks in a style reminiscent of top-down shooters.
- Original art and soundtrack brimming with personality.
- Soulful, character-rich story with an emphasis on humor.
- Created mostly by one person.
- Become friends with all of the bosses!
- At least 5 dogs.
- You can date a skeleton.
- Hmmm… now there are 6 dogs…?
- Maybe you won't want to date the skeleton.
- I thought I found a 7th dog, but it was actually just the 3rd dog.
- If you play this game, can you count the dogs for me…? I'm not good at it.
Needless to say, this is yet another great indie title to pursue on the Switch. And it doesn't look like it takes up that much space on the memory card either.
We'll let you know once it's officially confirmed by the game's publisher. Fingers crossed that it will be soon!
